Corrections
Terra's scores come from public datasets, and public datasets have gaps and errors. If a score looks wrong, we want to know.
What to send
Email hello@svrgninc.com with:
- the place — a name, or a latitude and longitude, or the cell id shown in the brief;
- what you expected the score to say;
- why you expected that — a dataset, a report, a lived experience.
What happens next
Every report is checked against the source datasets Terra reads. When the data agrees with the report, we fix the pipeline and the fix lands in the next rebuild. When the data disagrees with the report, we say so.
What changed, and why, is published in Terra's divergence log in the public repository.
