Terms

Terra is a product of SVRGN Inc., a Texas corporation. These terms cover the Terra website and the one-time unlock sold on it.

What Terra is

Terra is area analysis: it scores roughly ten-kilometre hexagonal cells from public hazard datasets. It is not a property assessment, a building inspection, an insurance product, or financial, legal, medical or professional advice.

Terra scores ~10 km hexagonal cells from public global datasets — it is area analysis, not a property assessment. Tornado history covers the United States only; flood hazard is modeled at ~1 km and ignores local defenses; hurricane records before 1966 and wildfire records before 2001 are incomplete. Where data is missing or coarse for your area, Terra says so instead of guessing.

Accuracy

The scores come from public datasets with their own gaps, vintages and modelling choices. We show you what we have and name what is missing. We make no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. The scores change when the datasets are rebuilt — a cell that reads one way today may read another way next quarter.

Your unlock

The $4.99 unlock is a one-time personal licence to use the full Terra interface. The licence is kept as a token on the devices where you unlock. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the Terra data or the scores derived from it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVRGN Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to Terra is limited to the price you paid for the unlock. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
