Refunds

Terra offers a 14-day no-questions refund on the $4.99 unlock. Email hello@svrgninc.com within 14 days of your purchase, include the receipt Stripe sent you, and we will refund the charge.

Once a refund is issued, the unlock on your devices turns off: next time Terra checks in, the token is cleared and the full interface locks again.
