What Terra is

Every score in Terra is a research estimate built from public datasets. It is not an official risk assessment. Every source is cited on how the numbers are made.

The $4.99 unlock

The unlock is a one-time purchase. On the web it is paid through Stripe; in the iPhone and iPad app, through the App Store; in the Android app, through Google Play.

To restore a purchase in the app, tap “Restore a purchase” under the unlock card; the app asks the App Store or Google Play for your purchase. On the web, the unlock lives in your browser. If you lose it (a new browser or cleared site data), email hello@svrgninc.com with the receipt Stripe sent you.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play purchases are refunded by Google: Google Play refund help. Web purchases are covered by our refund policy.
